Process
Coordinated by Lauren is more than a day-of or month-of coordinator. Whether you are more than 12 months or less than 3 months from your wedding, it’s best to connect with Lauren as soon as you can!
1. Inquire
When you reach out to Coordinated by Lauren, you will get to talk through what Lauren’s process looks like to make sure it is just what you need. Once you decide to book, Lauren will send you a contract and invoice that you can easily sign online and officially reserve your date!
2. First Meeting
First, Lauren will work with you on a timeline to have a starting point for how you want your day to flow. She will give you vendor recommendations to build the best team to support you on your wedding day. You will also talk through set up, decoration ideas and the feel you want for your wedding.
3. Venue Walk Through
If needed Lauren would love to walk through your venue with you to solidify your set-up and decoration plan.
4. Check-In Calls
After the first longer meeting, you will have periodic check-in calls with Lauren to talk through what you have worked on, what you might be stressed about, and what you will work on next. A couple weeks before the wedding, you will finalize your venue floorplan with Lauren and she will send it to your venue. You can also always text, call or email Lauren if you have things that come up in between calls. Lauren is known to send ideas at all hours because she's always thinking about her couples' wedding hopes!
5. Week-of
Once you are a few days away from your wedding day, you will have one last longer meeting to make sure nothing gets overlooked. Lauren will also run the rehearsal if it is the day before or the day of the wedding. Her rehearsals are quick and easy (we're talking 30 minutes or less!).
6. Wedding Day Setup
Finally, wedding day! Lauren will make sure your set-up is correct, decorate as needed and make sure vendors know where they need to be. She is your advocate, your voice and the point person for all questions. She will make sure the bridal party is staying on time as they get ready, make sure pictures happen seamlessly, and get everyone ready to begin the ceremony.
7. Wedding Ceremony
Lauren will be the person to make sure your ceremony starts on time, and she will help family and the bridal party know when to go walk down the aisle. As the ceremony finishes, Lauren will be ready to transition the space and guests to the reception.
8. Wedding Reception
While you enjoy a few moments to yourself as a married couple, Lauren will make sure your guests are enjoying themselves at the start of the reception time. She will make sure vendors know what is happening according to the timeline and keep things flowing nicely. You will be able to fully enjoy celebrating as you dine & dance with your closest friends and family while Lauren handles the small details of it all.
9. Wedding Tear Down
Lauren will stay until the very end to make sure all of your precious belongings go right where they need to and that the venue is well taken care of.
